I meant to post earlier, but I didn't have any time. Sorry! Anyways, thanks Sloaner for following my blog. It means a lot to me (:

I didn't win the Pandasaur .info domain contest. ): Oh well. I guess I should take the button down now. I'm thinking about trying to add a chatbox to the sidebar, so people don't have to log in to anything to comment on my blogs. What do you think?

I went to my friend's house on Friday. You want to know what we did? No? Too bad. We played with Pollys. Yeah those little dolls with the rubber clothes. We made them have their own houses, even though they were only like 17, and we had a murderer on the loose. It was hilarious. But what's more hilarious is that I'm 13 and she's 12 (turning 13 in April!) and we play with Pollys, dolls, and Littlest Pet Shops. We also play school and give eachother make-overs. Inside, we're 7-year-olds, but on the outside we're (pretty much) teenagers. I ended up going home the next day around 4 PM because I felt sick. I had a stomach ache and a headache. BUT, instead of going home to peace and quiet- my parents invited some friends and their kids over. I tried to take a nap in my room, but it was too loud. Plus, my dad came in my room and TOOK MY TV. But then he brought it back after he was done using it and fixed the remote. Yay!

I ended up judging a fashion show with one bratty 4 or 5 year old and a weird 10 year old. It sucked, except that I stole some good dry-erase markers from my mom. I couldn't sleep last night. I kept waking up, feeling sick. But today I feel fine. I saw Percy Jackson and the Olympians, and I loved it. The ratings on Rotten Tomatoes were really low, but I still loved it. If you haven't seen it, I wouldn't look below this because it's a spoiler.

SPOILER!

I couldn't help but point out all the differences from the book! They should be 12-year-olds, not 16 or however old they were. Ms. Dodds the substitue English teacher should be Mrs. Dodds the Math teacher. Annabeth should have blonde hair and grey eyes, not brown hair and blue eyes- even though she was very pretty (: Also, I didn't expect Grover to be black (no offense to anyone!), but it was a great twist! I also thought Luke was supposed to have brown hair, but whatever. I loved Persephone! She kept "coming on" to Grover. It was hilarious, especially when she zapped Hades with the lightning bolt. I didn't really like the "Persephone's Pearls" concept, though. And the Lotus Hotel and Casino was a little weird. But overall, I think this movie deserves eight and a half stars out of ten. Woo hoo!

SPOILER OVER! (:

I hate joined projects. I read a novel for English, but we're also doing stuff with it in Social Studies. I read The Dragonfly Pool, and it was really good. It's timed during World War II, and it's from a child's point of view. It's actually really good. You should try it. Okay.. you know those commercials where it says "If you buy a laptop, a kid in Africa gets one too!"? Well, I'm pretty sure that poor kids in Africa can't pay for internet. If they even have internet. I'm running out of things to rant and blog about, so I'll end this now. Thanks for reading this blog.. it was boring, wasn't it?

- Robinieelovesyooo!

P.S. I almost forgot! Happy Pi Day! It's March 14, 3/14. 3.14 (3.14159...) I wish we I had Math today, because then we'd be celebrating!

Third Grade

Do you remember, when you were younger, who you had a crush on? I sure do.

It was third grade. I was new at school, it was already October and it was my third day of school. I saw cute guy in third grade, but a few months younger than me (he's 1997, I'm 1996). I immediately had a crush on him, along with all the other girls in third grade. But I was the new girl. Everyone loved the new girl. No one cared about new guys, it was always the new girl. She was different. Shy. Quiet. Mysterious. No one knew who she was. Every guy wanted to ask her out; but they were scared because she was the new girl. My Elementary School was odd, they were like that. Then Tanner, the cute guy, decided he was going to talk to me. He asked me out, probably on a dare. But I liked him. A lot. So of course I said yes! Who wouldn't, he was like the cutest guy in Third grade. We went out for the whole year. We never held hands, never hugged, never actually went out. That was how it was, in third grade.

We always hung out by my favorite tree. We talked a lot. Did I mention how much I liked him then? Girls envied me. When the year ended, we said bye, and we'd see each other in fourth grade. Fourth Grade came, and it was over. I mean, we never actually broke up with each other, but we both knew we were over. He got a new girlfriend, Emily. He got lots more in the following years, too. But I think it's funny, that we never techically broke up. Katie and I joke around often, when we hear Tanner has a new girlfriend. It's always: "Ohemgee! He's cheating on you again?" or "Can't you keep your man?" My response is always a laugh, saying that no one can resist him.

I still like him. I'm in 7th grade, and I still like him. 4 years. He doesn't even know I came back, I'm sure. You see, last year, around September or October, I moved to Illinois- just as I was getting used to 6th grade. Then at the end of that year, I moved back. He didn't know. I bet he didn't even realize I left.

I miss third grade. I miss talking to him behind my tree. I miss the careless days of elementary school.
